He is survived by: his wife Nicole Stevens; his stepchildren, Britney Morin (Bob) and Chelsey Sisson (Derek); his granddaughters, Sophie and Olivia; and his caregivers, Shane, Stephanie, Diana, Jen and Dr. Brown.
