He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Church and Marjorie Church; and his brothers, Terry and Lance. He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his daughters, Lara Christie (Shane) and Leesa Weber (Dan); his grandchildren, Hallee Weber, Oliver and Elliot Christie; and his brothers, Perry (Patricia), Dale (Deana) and Stephen Church.

This always made for lively banter in the clubhouse and on the tee prior to our games. He was a very good player and obviously loved the game. We will miss seeing him every summer morning.
