Rodney Gallant Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rodney Gallant of North Bay, Ontario, born in Shediac, New Brunswick, who passed away on September 5, 2021. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Gallant and Florence Gallant (Smiley); and his siblings, Alex "Dida", Donald "Cashcou", Richard "Butch", Allan "Canou" (Mathilda), George (Léontine), Arthur "Huckle" (Dorothy), Béatrice Landry (late Alphie), Juliette Cormier, Elsie and Leslie (Claudette).
He is survived by: his wife Peggy of North Bay, ON; his son Brian Gallant (Joanne) of North Bay, ON; and his siblings, Marceline Boyce (late Jack) of North Bay, ON, Linda Bowden (Charlie) of Shediac, NB, Gary (Koko) of Shediac, NB, Roderick "Dick" of Fort Erie, ON and Gordon of Shediac, NB. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In memory of Rodney, a donation to either the Alzheimer's Society or St. Peter the Apostle Roman Catholic Church in North Bay would be appreciated.
