He was predeceased by: his brother Maurice (Juliette); and his parents, Alphonse Point and Eva (Cantin). He is survived by: his wife Eveline; his children, Richard, Denise (Terry) and Deborah; his grandchildren, Samantha Bissonette (Chris), Shane Point, Chad Boudreau, Jessie Point and Sara Ross Dustin (Dan); and his siblings, Fernande (late Herbe), Cécile (late Arnel), Bertrand (Charlene), Gerry (Rose), Précille (late Maurice), Lucille (late Harry), Suzanne (late Léo) and Rudy (Paulette). He is also survived by his great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Nipissing Serenity Hospice in memory of Roger Point will be gratefully acknowledged.
