She was predeceased by: her husband Harold (Ross Holtz); her parents, James McFadden and Elva McFadden; and her siblings, Barry and Joan.
She is survived by: her children, Chris Foreshew, Cindy Beasley (Guy) and Dale Foreshew (Tracy); her grandchildren, Nicholas, Crystal, Tyler, Travis and Jimmy; and her sisters, Lois, Ruth, Lana, Mayda and Susan. She is also survived by 5 greatgrandchildren.
