She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, James Filip Joseph Wlodarczyk, Lilly-Ann Olivia Chattaway and Annabella Chattaway; her parents, Geraldine Miller and Edward Laverty; her siblings, Josiah (Joseph) and Matthew Laverty; her aunts, Donna and Debbie; and her close friend Matthew Chattaway. She was also cherished by many other aunts, uncles, cousins.
As per current COVID 19 directives the total number of attendees is limited, social distancing requirements must be respected, and masks or face coverings are required inside the funeral home.
Donations in Sarah's memory can be made towards the Canadian Mental Health and Addictions or to the Heart and stroke foundation.
