It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Terry Berard (North Bay, Ontario), who passed away on May 17, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his daughters, Casey, Elisha, Chris and Nathaniel; and his grandchildren, Madilynn, Skyanne Teagan, Aiden, Tess and Enzo.

Donations can be made to Ottawa Care Hospice.

“It is with such a heavy heart that I leave this message. I taught with Terry at Margaret Ave from 1992-98 where he became my 'work dad'. I learned so much from Terry about compassion for kids but always with a realistic perspective. Students loved him and learned from him and I was blessed to be taken under his wing. I am honoured that Terry always reached out to me and kept in touch. My heart goes out to his family. I hope you find comfort in your memories of Terry and knowing his impact.”
