He was predeceased by : his parents, Howard and Francis; his brother Peter (Debbie); and his nephews, Scott (Amanda) and Kris (Kayle).

He is survived by : his children, Patrick and Meagan (Graeme); the mother of his children Shari; his siblings, Susan (Scott) and David (Karen); and his nieces and nephews, Dana (Shaun), Robin (Jackie), Lily (Brennen) and Shane (Laura).

A donation to the North Bay Humane Society in Terry's name would be much appreciated.
