He was predeceased by: his mother Diane Partridge. He is survived by: his wife Linda Papineau; his daughter Gates Partridge; his father James Partridge; his father-in-law Alphonse Papineau; and his siblings, Randy Partridge and Cindy Scarfone. He is also survived by spouses and children.
Respecting Todd's wishes, there will be no services, but a donation in his name to the Last Wish Foundation at NBRHC would be appreciated as it helped his family ease the pain of his loss.
