Velma Margaret Fell Obituary

We announce the death of Velma Margaret Fell (North Bay, Ontario), who passed away on September 1, 2026, at the age of 98. Velma will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her husband Doug Fell; her parents, William Ross and Stella Ross; her sisters, Dorothy (Norm) and Mildred (Mart); and her daughter Janice (Rene).

She is survived by: her children, Brian (Isabelle), William (Linda) and Joyce (Keith); her grandchildren, Alexandra (Tyler), Spencer (Shannon), Emily and Caroline; and her great grandchildren, Finnley and Quinton.

Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Empire Living Centre. A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Emmanuel United Church.
