He is survived by: his children, Tricia Normand and Steven (Brianna); his grandchildren, Elizabeth Normand, Connor, Declan and Angus Presse; and his siblings, Richard (Susan), Christine Williams (Barry), Verner (Thelma), Michele Presse and Renee Palmateer (Steph). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate donations in memory of Vic to the Lions Foundation of Canada Dog Guides.
