He was predeceased by: his brother Ross. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Lee Moulton; his children, Laurie Lee and Brent William; his children-in-law, Mark Hall and Dawn Ernteman; his grandchildren, Lauren Lee McGruthers, Luc William Moulton and Kaitie Lee Hall; and his sister Loraine.
