He was predeceased by: his granddaughters, Jessica and Miranda; his siblings, Beaton (Edith), Stella (Ned), Leslie (Ivy), Rowland (Joyce) and Jean (Hollis); and his sisters-in-law, Shirley (Grant), Lois (Frank) and Diana (Eric).
He is survived by: his wife Alma Winsor; his children, Ruth Hardy (Grant), Danny Winsor (Tina), Paul Winsor (Keri), Lillian Courvoisier (Jerry) and Janet Winsor (Joe MacDonald); his grandchildren, Christine (Chris), Samantha (Darren), Melissa (Noel), William, Michael (Lauren), Christina, Niven (Devin), Paul (Samantha), Adam (Katie), Erin (Dale), Alex (Kayla), Megan (Kyle) and Joshua; his siblings, Alicia (late Eric), Lloyd Winsor and Linda (Bill); his sister-in-law Catherine (Lawrence); and his close friend Alma.
Bill lived his wonderful life and is now with his true love. ''I look forward to the day we meet again". They are now together. Private service has taken place. Donations to the Salvation Army or Nipissing Serenity Hospice will be gratefully acknowledged by his family.
