He was predeceased by: his parents, Hjalmar Carlsen and Elizabeth Crosby-Travis (late Henry Travis); his daughter Carleen Carlsen; his grandchild Terrell; and his siblings, Hjalmar Carlsen, Carl Carlsen, Margaret Jackson, Elizabeth Irene Eastlake, Earl Travis and Les Travis.
He is survived by: his children, Melanie Travis (Gary), Blair Carlsen, Stephanie Carlsen and D'Wayne Carlsen; his grandchildren, Brittany, Whitney (Brandon), Talisa, Lisa (Nathan), Samantha (Alan), Desiree and Tyler; and his siblings, Gary Travis, Agnes Chandler and Terrance Travis. He is also survived by his 14 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews & cousins.
