It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Maurice Oblin of North Cobalt, Ontario, born in Cobalt, Ontario, who passed away on June 29, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Paul-Emile Oblin and Bernadette Beaudin; and his siblings, Shirley and Jerry McAndrew. He is survived by : his wife Pat; his children, Sharon Gignac [Michael] of Cambridge, Carol Breault [John] of New Liskeard and Stephen Oblin [Joanne] of Tottenham; his grandchildren, Chantal Bradley [Josh], Danny MacIsaac, Ryan Breault [Amanda], Trevor Breault [Jessica], Nicole Oblin and Bryan Oblin; his great grandchildren, Maëlle, Elyse, Aiden and Kaylee; and his siblings, Paul, Rita Poppleton, Jeannette Audette [Raymond], Roger Oblin [Réjeanne] and George Oblin [Caroline].

Memorial contributions to the Heart and Stroke Foundation will be gratefully acknowledged.
