He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Henry, Jackie, Joe and Heidi; and his uncles, Rudy and Gerry.
He is survived by: his father Howard; his girlfriend Jennifer Pilon; his children, Austin, Renee, Taylia and Sage; his stepchildren, Shannon Boomhower (Wes Alexander), Grayson Boomhower, Paige Boomhower (Josh Savard) and Shyann Boomhower (Skyler Keeler); his sister Tami Portelance; his parents-in-law, Cheryl and John Pilon; his aunt Cindy Portelance (Tim Coville); and his cousins, Steven (Charlie), Randy, Jason (Mali), Danny (Sufia) and Christina (Rae).
