With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Beverly Janet Gray of North York, Ontario, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 29, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her sister Dianne Goodeve; and her parents, Dorothy Goodeve and William Goodeve. She is survived by: her husband John Gray; her children, Susan Van Velzen (Mark Wilson), James Gray (Rocio Gray) and Joanne Gray; her grandchildren, Cassie Van Velzen (Terry Volanis), Lindsay Turner (Shane Turner), Sammy Van Velzen and Stephen Gray; her great grandchildren, Joshua, Calliope Volanis and Faron Turner; her stepgreat-grandsons, Gus Turner and Emanuel Volanis; and her siblings, Doug Goodeve (Karin) and Lois Goodeve (Albert).
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Kane-Jerrett Funeral Homes (6191 Yonge St, Toronto, ON M2M4K4).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Westpark Foundation, whose respiratory clinic supported her with exceptional care.
