I never met Cindy but felt an immediate connection with her via her fostering numerous dogs for Jack Russell Terrier Rescue Ontario. I will always cherish our funny conversations as Cindy was always laughing even when times got rough. She will always be remembered for her compassion, commitment and dedication to the dogs she and Johnny lovingly fostered and often adopted. Bless the LoGrasso family.”
