Daniel Herzog Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Daniel Herzog (North York, Ontario), who passed away on October 22, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Robert and Gisela; his siblings, Ian and Jaime; and his grandparents, Claire Litner, Irene Herzog, Irving Litner and Wilf Herzog.

As per the Province of Ontario Covid-19 regulations - funeral attendance is limited to 30% building capacity.

In lieu of flowers and gifts Daniel's family would deeply appreciate donations to be made to the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre - Histology and Leukemia Department.

“I was shocked and saddened to read about Dan. I had the good fortune of teaching him math when he was in high school. It was a pleasure to have him in a class with his easy going manner and his quick thinking. I vividly recall his smile and love of long boarding! My condolences to the family - especially Ian of whom I have fond memories as well. It is a good life lost too soon. Lisa Recker”
