“I was lucky enough to meet David a few years back at a dental office. I was running one of my first in person inspections with the RCDSO and needless to say I was very nervous. Little did I know I would be making a great friend that day. David was so calming and made me feel at ease immediately. Our inspections would turn into social catch ups and we would talk about our families and his face would always light up when talking about all of you. May he rest in peace . Rob and Marijana Milkovich”
