He is survived by : his wife Dawn Griffin Phipps; his daughter Tiffany Cervantes (Martin) of Garden City, MI; his brother Billie Gene Phipps (Reba) of Livingston, TN; his granddaughters, Victoria and Ava Cervantes; his aunt Mary Ann Blankenship; his nephews, Billy Odell Phipps and Jason Phipps Phipps (Jennifer); his great-nieces, Beth Ann and Alexis Phipps; and his great-nephew Lane Phipps.
