He was predeceased by : his wife Doreen; his girlfriend Norma Suprun; his parents, Fred Samuel and Suzanna McKay (Rudy); and his siblings, Alan (Betty), Robert (Carol) and Edith Dyment (Don).

He is survived by : his grandchildren, Nathan, Leah, Eric, Jess, Jakob and Sarah; and his great grandchildren, Colton and Anthony.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to The Salvation Army.
