He is survived by : his wife Elizabeth (Van Vliet); his children, Stephanie, Stephen, Marcella Bos, Melanie, Peter Kuivenhoven, Connie, John Van Brugge, Sara, Darryl Droogers, Jennifer, Maarten Kuivenhoven, David, Amanda Bos, Christina and Frans Ruitenbeek; and his grandchildren, Kristen, Brandon, Allison, Kevin, Derek, Josh, Bree, Olivia, Seth, Carrie, Micah, Salina, Esmae, Calleigh, Owen, Shane, Gavin, Natalie, Trevor, Aiden, Lincoln, Keira, Gwyneth, Justus, Judah, Jared, Silas, Mariah, Maliyah, Carter, Jackson, Adam, Katelyn and Madison. He is also survived by his brothers, sister, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews.
