She is survived by: her children, Rick Pullin, Wayne Pullin (Connie), Nancy McMahon (Tim), Wendy Bennett, Norman Blakely and Steven Blakely (Wendy).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Arn-Lockie Funeral Home (45 Main St W, Norwich, ON N0J1P0). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Blakely Funeral Service. A burial will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Burgessville Baptist Cemetery (63 Church St W, Burgessville, ON N0J1C0). A reception will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Norwich United Church (80 Main St W, Norwich, ON N0J1P0). She enjoyed cross country skiing and walking around her Burgessville hometown, waving to bring joy to others – particularly encouraging during the COVID pandemic.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations in memory of Shirley may be made to the Woodstock Choralaires or Newark United Church.
