She was predeceased by : her husband Ron Turner; her brother Leslie Hughes; and her parents, Ross Hughes and Beatrice Hughes. She is survived by : her sisters, Janet Hughes, Anne Hughes, Peggy Pannunzio (Perry) and Carmen Hughes. She is also survived by her family and friends.

Donations in memory of Vickie, may be made to the Oxford County Animal Rescue organization or the Burgessville Baptist Church.
