With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Wesley R G Simpson (Norwich, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 17, 2025 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Allan and Violet; and his siblings, David, Gordon, Douglas, Joan, Beverley and Peggy.

He is survived by: his sons, Jonathan, Wes Jr. (Linda), Eric (Katrina) and Scott (Angela); and his siblings, Roger (Regina) and Gloria Mackenzie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donation can be made to VON Sakura House.

“Some of my favorite childhood memories were with Uncle Wes. He always made us laugh! He gave my mother Peggy (his little sister), her first guitar. She was so proud and I remember him coming over to teach her how to play. When she saved up enough she gave him a new guitar strap she had made with the engraved "Jesus Loves You", with a new guitar. Hearing them play and sing together are memories I will cherish forever.”
