She was predeceased by: her significant other Robin Murphy; her husband Guy LaRush; and her son Bobby. She is survived by: her son Pete (Julie); and her granddaughter Leah.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Norwood Legion Branch 300 (27 King St, Norwood, ON K0L2V0).
