He was predeceased by: his wife Gloria. He is survived by: his children, Roy Mayo (Virginia) and Tanya Stevens; his grandchildren, Taylor (Kyle), Kyle, Kloey, Morgan, Karlie and Leah; and his great grandchild Addison. He is also survived by his family and friends.
