He is survived by: his parents, Louie Pellizzari and Debbie Metherall; his brother Noah; his stepfather David; his stepsiblings, Kailee, Randi and Jordan (Sabrina); his grandparents, Barb, Jim and Metherall; his aunts and uncles, Steve, Cathy, John, Tammy, Paul, Fred, Ewa, Zio Angelo, Zia Alana, Zio John, Zia Mary, Cyndy, Karen, Gord, Jo-Anne and Wayne; his cousins, Matteo, Milana, Caryn, Steven, Michael, Stephanie and Dylan; his nephew Oakley; and his niece Royal. He is also survived by many other cousins and family.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks for donations to be made to 360°kids in Richmond Hill or CMHA York Region (Canadian Mental Health Association).
