Anita Yu Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anita Yu (Oakville, Ontario), who passed away on August 29, 2025, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the sacred silence of farewell, Anita is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Anita's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Chun Kay; her sons, Gordon (Bonnie) and Barry; and her grandchildren, Mia and Blake.

In lieu of flowers, she would have loved to see donations to the Trillium Health Partners Foundation or the Sick Kids Foundation in memory of her.
