She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Kowal and Eugene Kowal; and her sisters, Luba and Petrusia. She is survived by: her spouse Jerry Kocijowsky; her grandchildren, Riley and Genie; her daughter Sonia Stasiuk of Toronto; her granddaughter Lillian Spence of Toronto; and her sibling's child Genie of Oakville.
