He was predeceased by : his parents, Bill and Audrey. He is survived by : his wife Joanne; his children, Ryan (Kelvin) and Leanne Smith (Sean); his grandsons, Hunter and Hudson; his brothers, Glenn (Karen) and Craig (Cathy); and his siblings-in-law, Colleen, Marie (Rick) and Mark (Kim). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
