He was predeceased by: his siblings, Ken (Lynne), Joan (Leonard), Marjorie (late John) and Louise (late Terry); and his father Ivory.
He is survived by: his wife Susan; his child Aubrey (Tiziana); his sister-in-law Diane Madonna; and his siblings, Brian (Patricia) and Sharon (Ken). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
