It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carole Denise Chadwick (Oakville, Ontario), who passed away on June 21, 2023, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Bernard and Catherine Bernard. She is survived by: her husband Kevin; her children, Jeffrey (Tia), Daniel (Taylor) and Samantha; her brother Marc (Sue); and her nieces, Kimberley and Katie.

Carole retired in 2019, with most of her travel plans with Kevin interrupted by the pandemic.
