He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his children, Todd Shuttleworth, Tracy Villa (Ed) and Tara Vogiantzis (Tony); his grandchildren, Joshua, Joey, Maya, Taylor, Lauren, Kassandra and Samantha; his sibling-in-law Marg Jacobs; and his nieces, Lisa Jacobs, Colleen McNamara and Laura Leigh Abbott.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Glen Oaks Funeral Home & Cemetery (3164 Ninth Line, Oakville, ON L6H7A8).
Beyond the classroom, Dale served as Founding Executive Director of the Training Renewal Foundation and contributed his expertise as a consultant to international organizations like the OECD.
