It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daphne May Mullings (Oakville, Ontario), who passed away on July 24, 2025, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Daphne May Mullings to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Adeline Johnston (MacPherson) and Wilfred Johnston; and her grandson Kweisi Mullings of New York City. She is survived by: her grandson Andrew Mullings; her great grandchild Isaiah Greene Mullings; her close friend Glasmine Batson; her cousin Kenric Carter; her former husband Horace "Sunny" Mullings; her children, Glendon Mullings and Charmain (George); her grandsons, Miles, Noah and Campbell Emerson of Toronto; her great grandchild Olivier Mullings of London; her siblings, Winston Johnston (Corliss) of Discovery Bay, JA, Keith Johnston of Coleyville, JA, Audley Johnston (Audrey) of Milton, Monica Johnston of Kent, UK and Dorothy Edwards of Mandeville, JA.; and also, Olivier Mullings and Nickey.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Bride's Anglican Church (1516 Clarkson Rd N, Mississauga, ON L5J2W9). A reception will be held on Friday, August 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
