David leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. David’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew David will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Cheryl Etherington (Boxall); and his grandsons, Nolan Bakker, Brandon McWeeney and Tyler McWeeney.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, November 15th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Bronte Harbour Yacht Club (2514 Lakeshore Rd W, Oakville, ON L6L1H8).
