He is survived by: his father Blaž Mandekić; his wife Ivanka; his sons, Tommy, Johnny (Alanna) and Robbie (Justyna); his grandchildren, Angelina, Mateo and Petra; and his sisters, Ruža (Florijan), Tomo, Ivo (Kata), Mara (Toma), Zdravko and Ankica (Marinko). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
