We bid farewell to Earla Carolyn Fitzjohn (Oakville, Ontario), born in Leamington, Ontario, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 30, 2025 at the age of 80. Earla Carolyn touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Abbott and Lottie Abbott; her son Larry Allan Armour; her brother Keith Abbott; her parents-in-law, Kenneth and Marjorie Fitzjohn; and her siblings-in-law, Elaine Abbott and Raymond Hopwood.
She is survived by: her husband David; her daughters, Lori Campbell (Graham) and Kathleen Lewis (LeMonte); her daughter-in-law Terri Armour; her grandchildren, Tia (Matt), Aaron (Jade), Katelyn (Blair), Alyssa (Kye), Scott, Brooklyn, Aaliyah and Landon; her great grandchildren, Abigail, Owen, Liam, Colton, Violet, Lincoln, Penelope and Margaux; and her sister-in-law Pat Hopwood.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Glen Oaks Funeral Home (3164 Ninth Line, Oakville, ON L6H7A8). A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A reception will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
