He was loved and cherished by many people including : his children, Matthew, Daniel, Michael and Jordan; his children-in-law, Emma and Courtney; his grandchildren, Braxton, Jack and Carter; and his brothers, Carlos (Lina) and Joe (Lynn).

In lieu of flowers, the family is asking that instead donations be made in Ed's memory to Diabetes Canada or the Terry Fox Foundation.
