She was predeceased by: her siblings, Edward Vermue (Catherine) and Clasien Groenewegen (John); and her in-laws, John Brenders (Betty), Cathy Van Eerd (Hubert), Peter Brenders (late Marlene) and Betsy Campbell (Bruce).
She is survived by: her husband Hubert Brenders; her children, Kevin (Erin), Kelly (Paul) and Leisa (Malcolm); her grandchildren, Sebastian, Charles Brenders, Jamie, Sydney McNaughton, Jacob and Gabriel Elsdon; her siblings, Henk Vermue (late Leny), Annette Van Kempen (Tony), Marlies Buren (late Cays), Tom Vermue (late Marlene), Trudy McCarthy (late Doug) and Bill Vermue (Betty Jean); and her in-laws, Gene Brenders (Johanna), Nettie Van Beers (late Joe), Joanne Van Eerd (late Martin), Tony Brenders (Margaret), Leo Brenders (late Patricia) and Adrian Brenders (late Linda). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
