With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Fernando Michetti (Oakville, Ontario), born in Montréal, Québec, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 29, 2026 at the age of 70. He was predeceased by: his parents, Giulio Michetti and Cristina Michetti. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his son Marco; his sibling Emidio Michetti (Mary Chiappetta); his sister-in-law Linda (David Cocklin); his parents-in-law, Giovanna and Pasquale Catabbo; his nieces and nephews, Brendan Cocklin (Anna), Giulio Michetti (Dominque), Meagan Cocklin (Jordan Gillet) and Alessia Michetti; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Luna, Mila Cocklin, Sofia and Emilia Michetti.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, May 12th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Remember Oakview Funeral Home (56 Lakeshore Rd W, Oakville, ON L6K1C7).
