He is survived by: his children, Yvonne Pope (Mike) and Drew Kern (Dawne); his grandchildren, Robert Pope (Candace), Kim Bain (Troy), Michelle Higgins (Shane), Lisa Pope (Cody), Serena Kern-Crisci (Anthony) and Julie Bess (Dillon); and his great grandchildren, Allison, Jeremy, Megan, Benjamin, Michael, Madison, Jayden, Jaxon, Jacob, Kaitlyn and Joshua.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Glen Oaks Funeral Home (3164 Ninth Line, Oakville, ON L6H7A8). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
