Gary Cowland Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 28, 2025, at the age of 67, Gary Cowland (Oakville, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Gary may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Gary touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He is survived by: his wife Dianne; his children, Allison, Melanie and Greg; his grandchild Rylee; and his sisters, Linda and Laura.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Glen Oaks Funeral Home (3164 Ninth Line, Oakville, ON L6H7A8). A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the same location. The inurnment will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Inurnment Glen Oaks Cemetery (3164 Ninth Line, Oakville, ON L6H 7A8).
