He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Reta; his parents, George Evans and Jessie Evans; his children, Arlene Evans (Riswick), Ross Evans (Lidia) and Robert Evans (Monica); his grandchildren, Cooper, Austin, Joshua Riswick, Brittany Jones (Matt), Bradley, Brooke Evans and Zachary Evans; his great grandchild Amelia Jones; his sister Myrna Eves (Ron); and his friend Ron Eves.
