He was predeceased by: his parents, David Ingham and Betty Ingham (Brown); his sister Joan Smith (Henry); and his wife Heather Liddell. He is survived by: his children, Jamie (Christi), Leslie (Peter Bennell), Julie Moffat (Bob) and Chris (Cathy). He is also survived by his eight grandchildren and his three great grandchildren.
