He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilhelm Hoffman and Helena Hoffman (Heinrichs); and his brothers, Albert (Lena), Irwin (Agnes), Helmut (Marie), Rudy (Karlene) and Dennis (Jeanine).
He is survived by: his wife Margaret (Schellenberg); his children, Vicki and Brian (Rowena); his grandchildren, Ryan, Sarah, Amanda and Nicholas; Anita Braun (Jake) and Irene Braun (John). He is also survived by 8 siblings, many nieces and nephews.
