It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Helen Fujarczuk (Oakville, Ontario), born in Toronto, Ontario, who passed away on May 4, 2021, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her father Karl. She is survived by : her mother Jeanette; her children, Quentin and Savannah; her siblings, Linda (Brian), James (Jennifer) and Michael (Nathalie); her nephews, Bradley and Steven; and her niece Brianna. She is also survived by the youngest of four siblings.
