With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Helen Steffler (Oakville, Ontario), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 18, 2026 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Arthur; and her great grandchild Maximus. She is survived by: her children, Annette [Don], Barbara, Ken [Laura], Bruce, Teresa [Scott], Walter [Leanne], Noreen [Randy] and Carol. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and many extended family.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 24th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Glen Oaks Funeral Home (3164 Ninth Line, Oakville, ON L6H7A8). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, February 25th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church - Streetsville (5440 Durie Rd, Mississauga, ON L5M2J5). A burial was held on Wednesday, February 25th 2026 from 12:15 PM to 12:45 PM at the St. Joseph's Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Helen's memory to the Alzheimer's Society of Canada would be greatly appreciated.
