She was predeceased by: her parents, Jan and Pieternella; and her sister Constance. She is survived by: her husband David; her children, Connie (Steve) and Jeremy (Dawna); her grandchildren, Alyssa (Anthony), Madeline (Jason), Sarah, Jesse, Drew and Samantha; her great grandchildren, Charlotte, Scarlotte of Anthony, JR., Hudson and Declan; her siblings, Peter (Carol), Elly (Harry) and Nick (Christine); and her cousin Arita (Arnold). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends as well as her extended family.

In lieu of flowers. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
